EventBookings is an online event ticketing and booking system located in. This platform seamlessly collaborates with global institutions and provides robust software platform helping to plan, promote and track the ticketing and attendance performance of events with precision. Mark Thomas is the Founder and CEO of EventBookings. I was tasked to redesign their website to improve the user experience of their online marketplace, improve the visual elegance of their blog to foster a dynamic platform for globally redefined, effortlessly accessible and hands off event experience.
The new website launched in 2023 experienced a substantial 242.11% growth in total website visits compared to the prior year, indicating a heightened interest and increased engagement.

EventBookings successfully acquired more than 65.21% new customers in 2023 compared to the previous year, underscoring our capability to both attract and retain a diverse customer base. Furthermore, our emphasis on customer retention strategies yielded tangible results, with a notable 40% increase in repeat events. This underscores the satisfaction and loyalty of our existing customer base.
Turning attention to our financial performance, EventBookings achieved impressive results in the past year. Total revenue saw an exceptional 611% growth compared to the previous year, reflective of the escalating demand for our services.

Project Details
EventBookings is lagging behind competitors: profitability and customer acquisition are lagging, bounce rates are high, and organic traffic is stagnant. A fresh approach is urgently needed to revitalize the platform and regain market leadership.

I led the design team of 3 designers and 1 Front End Developer and coordinated all facets of design including defining UX Fundamentals, Mapping the Larger Experience, Developing a Scaleable Design System and Continue to design out product features.
