EventBookings is an online event ticketing and booking system located in. This platform seamlessly collaborates with global institutions and provides robust software platform helping to plan, promote and track the ticketing and attendance performance of events with precision. Mark Thomas is the Founder and CEO of EventBookings. I was tasked to redesign their website to improve the user experience of their online marketplace, improve the visual elegance of their blog to foster a dynamic platform for globally redefined, effortlessly accessible and hands off event experience.

Building a system for high-scale eCommerce required a shift from "simple utility" to "systemic efficiency." Our process focused on reducing cognitive load for administrators while maintaining a premium feel for end consumers.
Discovery & Audit
We began by auditing the pain points of high-volume merchants. We mapped out the "Fragmented App Fatigue"—where users were jumping between five different dashboards just to ship one order. The goal was to identify which core functions (Inventory, B2B, Invoicing) could be unified into a single, cohesive interface.
Architectural Wireframing
Given the complexity of ERP systems, we prioritized information architecture. We designed a "Control Center" layout that offers a bird’s-eye view of global sales while allowing "deep-dive" interactions into individual order logistics.
Improved Visual Design
For the storefronts and the dashboard, we moved toward a Modern Minimalist aesthetic.
Typography & Space: Used generous whitespace and a clean sans-serif hierarchy to ensure that data-heavy screens didn't feel overwhelming.
Design Tokens: Developed a flexible design system that allows brands like LaSculpte to maintain their unique identity while utilizing Exsited’s high-performance backbone.
